Okay it's been 3 weeks (tomorrow) since the last court hearing in Angarsk, and STILL no word. Last week Irina told us that the letter from the court (containing the testimony of all the families who were ordered to appear) was going to be mailed by around Thursday, but still nothing!
I came home 3 weeks ago, thinking (and hoping) that within 10 days to 2 weeks, we'd have a new court date...
I'm tired of waiting...but I suppose God isn't done teaching me patience yet!

Oh, darn... I was so hoping to read a different post! How frustrating to be remaining in limbo... I doubt you're being taught "patience" -- I think you learned that already!! But remember the "memo from God"!! prayers continue
ReplyDeleteVenting always helps...even if it's just for a very short moment...so vent away my friend!
ReplyDeleteIf venting helps..... go right ahead you deserve too.Try not to think about the court date and maybe then you will hear something.
ReplyDeleteThat is one of the (many) things about the Russian culture that drives me nuts. There is NO sense of urgancy. It takes FOREVER to get answers to things, and they seem to delight in making you wait.
ReplyDeleteUgh!
I am still praying that you, me and Debbie will all be there at the same time!
Praying for you!!!
Ugh! I'm so sorry things are working as quickly as they need to. I can completely understand your frustration.
