Our status

After finally connecting with Mark Seibel at the U.S. Embassy here in Moscow, we've made some decisions. Mark, along with everyone else involved feels its imperative we retain legal services before we appear for our continued hearing. We've emailed our attorney - who remains on vacation until 22 October, and advised her that she needs to either maker arrangements to represent us, appoint a colleague to do it, or will have to find a local attorney. We already have one who said she is interested, and we hope to meet with her within the next 2 days to see what we can come up with...And that's where we are...

  5. Well Praise God, Halleluja! You're taking the bull by the horns! I saw this coming a while ago! I even emailed Alex about three weeks ago about this. It HAS to be this way for your case to work - for my case to work - for any independent family's case to work. You're setting up some major ground work!! God's using you and He will make you stronger and stronger each day. You are not a victim! You are VICTORIOUS! You habg in there. I'm going to email Irina and tell her how happy I am that you are establishing a legal contact for us in Irkutsk! You hang in there - We've got your back!
